Our competitive pricing starts at £2 per square meter for a standard clean. For intensive cleaning that requires extra effort to tackle moss and algae, our rate is £2.50 per square meter. Additionally, we offer intensive cleaning with the use of sodium hypochlorite at £3.00 per square meter. If your block paving needs re-sanding, we provide this service at £1.25 per square meter, inclusive of the cost of sand.
While our intensive cleaning effectively tackles most issues, please note that lichen (black spot) spores may not be completely removed, and stubborn rust stains or oil marks may require additional effort. Our minimum charge for any job is £100, covering all surfaces under 50 square meters for a general clean.
